Grand Kivu aims to provide valuable community events and initiatives. If you need to cancel your event registration, please contact us to discuss refund eligibility.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Event was cancelled by Grand Kivu
• Event registration was made in error
• Cancellation requested at least 48 hours before the event date
• Documented emergency or extenuating circumstances

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Membership fees (subject to annual renewal)
• Event registrations cancelled less than 48 hours before the event
• Donations and voluntary contributions
• Digital resources or materials already provided

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us via email at least 48 hours before the event date
2. Provide your registration confirmation and reason for cancellation
3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If payment was made by cash, a check will be issued.

6. Membership and Community Participation

Membership in Grand Kivu is designed to be a long-term commitment to our community. We encourage active participation and engagement in our initiatives.
